Cancellation & Refunds

At MAA MUSICAL GALLERY OPC PVT LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Product missing from the shipment.

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong-product claims.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
• The issue is reported after the specified timeframe.
• Original packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing.
• Damage is caused due to improper handling by the customer.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

Where applicable, products may be replaced instead of refunded depending on stock availability.
